S3 125 MVB Primer has been designed to eliminate the traditional 28-day cure period before applications of epoxies, LVT, carpet, vinyl tiles, sheet goods or wood flooring system. Two-component, 100% total solids epoxy moisture remediation primer formulated to reduce moisture vapor emissions (MVER) in either green or older concrete. S3 125 MVB Primer can be applied as early as 24 hours after concrete pour reducing a moisture vapor emission rate of 25 pounds to approximately 3 pounds as per the ASTM 1869, Moisture Vapor Emissions Rate (MVER).
