Protecting concrete from wear, chemical and environmental exposure is so important for the safety and cleanliness of our building spaces, so we have developed low cost and easy to install systems that help you maintain high levels of performance. Many of our systems leverage advanced water-based technologies that give you longer working times, versatility, and exceptional bond to many substrates. Most systems can remove costly grinding and shot-blasting due to our ability to bond to smooth substrates.

By using our building block approach with just three products, you can get creative and install these systems:

• Solid color clear or pigmented maintenance coatings for backroom, warehouse, storage, loading dock, and more

HydroCoat (Clear) or HydroCoat (Pigmented) water-based design gives you maximum flexibility in the field, because you can use as a primer or topcoat, provide dust-free and easy to maintain surfaces, and it makes installation fast and easy. This system can be used on floors or walls, rolled or sprayed.

HydroCoat (AM) brings 24/7 antimicrobial protection to surfaces, and is offered in a clear or pigmented water-based designs. This material gives you maximum flexibility in the field, because you can use as a primer or top coat, provide dust-free and easy to maintain surfaces, and it makes installation fast and easy. This system can be used on floors or walls, rolled or sprayed.

HydroSeal can be used when you need a UV stable, abrasion resistant clear topcoat, offering a satin finish to HydroCoat base coats or direct to properly prepared concrete. It brings resiliency to flake floor systems and added protection to any hard floor or wall surfaces.

MRP Moisture Resistant Plus is a workhorse primer that can address a in a single coat a multitude of common floor prep issues including solutions for moisture vapor transmission(MVER), high RH & pH, asbestos remediation isolation, and general isolation over wood, metal, cutback adhesives, tiles, and other substrates.

125 MVP Primer is a 100% solids epoxy moisture remediation primer solution for green or old concrete, applied with a squeegee over properly prepared and profiled concrete substrates.

Barrier SL is a true game changer. This non-portland based self-leveling mortar offers thin capping options for concrete substrates, acting like a coating that provides a flat and level surface ready for finishing. This thin mil “capping” can be coated with S3 water-based systems, or polished to mimic polished concrete. Return to service is very fast.
