With more than 20 years of experience in sales and product development, Chuck can deliver competitive and innovative solutions, and bring them to market quickly.
Chuck was a founding member of Chicago based Resin8, Inc which has recently merged with S3 Surface Solutions, bringing with it some exciting epoxy and urethane-based technologies. The new addition to S3 helped it build on its seal, strength, and secure platform, keeping its focus on unique concrete preparation, moisture barrier engineering and materials technologies. Product development efforts being led by Chuck include innovations in concrete coatings, moisture resistant self-leveling cements, anti-microbial based materials, graphene-based technologies, and direct to metal protection and surface treatment products.
Chuck studied Electrical Engineering at Cleveland State University and began his career as a technical sales engineer. He worked in the Industrial manufacturing industry for 4 years before migrating to the Semiconductor Electronics industry, where he spent the next 15 years focused on new product development and sales development. He managed well-known global based accounts and built territory sales exceeding $20M. Additional business experience includes forming and operating businesses related to residential construction, and unique applications related to high-end spray Polyurea. Chuck can be highly effective in the office, the meeting room, in the lab, and in the field.
Chuck lives in Cornelius, NC where he focuses on strategic relationships that drive new product developments and solution selling. He and his wife enjoy spending time with their four daughters and two dogs, which add a perfect balance to his exciting work life. Chuck knows how to balance many tasks and drives action items to completion.
